Leticia Contreras is this year’s resident from Hyde Park Art Center’s 2:2:2: Exchange with Project Row Houses (Houston). Initiated in 2014, this exchange provides an opportunity for artists to research localized ways of making in a different city, to enhance their practices at home.
Contreras defines her practice as “This queer, afro-xicana, tejana hopes to cultivate and curate a digi-space that holds room for celebration, grieving, healing, and reflection.”
